Terms and Conditions
To confirm your booking a deposit of £300.00 (non refundable) is required.
The Full balance must be paid in full no later than 10 weeks before the first day of your trip.
If you cancel your booking you will be charged: 10-2 weeks 50% / 2-0 weeks 100%
We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time prior to departure, for any reason and the refund of any payment received by Grupetto Italia shall constitute full & final settlement.
We reserve the right to adjust and/or cancel any part of the itinerary of any trip, including location & ride destinations without refund. The deciding factor on any itinerary adjustments will be putting rider safety first to allow for unforeseen weather, road and health conditions.
You will not be allowed to ride with Grupetto Italia:
- Without proof of adequate insurance for both you and your bike in the event of accident or loss.
- Without acknowledging below (and a returned signed copy supplied on arrival) of the "Acceptance of dangers, risks and individual liability." statement. See below.

Acceptance of dangers, risks and individual liability... your deal with the devil!
The following ackknowledgement is to be made by the person completing the booking on behalf of him or herself and by each member of the party for whom that person is making the booking.
I accept that I am part of an organised cycling tour with Grupetto Italia which will require strenuous physical activity and effort on my behalf.
I confirm that I am totally fit for this activity, and I am not suffering from any health problems which will be brought on by, this or similar activity.
I have been advised by Grupetto Italia to ask advice from a qualified medical practitioner regarding any doubts or concerns about my health.
I accept that cycling on public roads, in groups, especially in mountainous areas, is an activity with a danger of personal injury and even death.
I confirm that I am aware of and accept all such risk and will be responsible for my own actions and involvement in this activity.
I will abide by the laws of the road and highway code for the country the tour is in.
I confirm that I have been advised by Grupetto Italia to take out adequate personal insurance to cover the costs of medical treatment, transport and/or evacuation, loss of earnings and/or cost of all care in the event that I suffer injury or illness during the tour.
I confirm that I have been advised by Grupetto Italia to take out adequate personal insurance to cover the costs while traveling; against any loss of or damage to my property (including my bicycle); against liability I might incur to third parties; and against costs I might incur in the event of cancellation curtailment or delay of the tour or my involvement in it.
I accept that I will personally arrange adequate insurance against all the items above.
I hereby agree that, neither Grupetto Italia nor any of its staff or agents will have any liability or legal obligation for any loss, damage, injury or death which I may suffer in connection with this tour nor for any failure by me to take out adequate insurance as advised.
I agree that the contract between Grupetto Italia and me will be governed by English law and that any matter or dispute in connection with this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
